What is a Highlight Property?
A Highlight Property is an upgrade that can be applied to your listing on Realestate.com.au. It is an easy and effective way to boost your enquiry level and attract more buyers for your property.
What does the upgrade do?
When you upgrade your listing to a Highlight Property it will always display above/before all standard listings PLUS all Feature Property listings on realestate.com.au in your suburb. This means your property should be either at the top, near the top, or much higher in the search results.
– Your listing will also display before/above all other Highlight Property listings, purchased earlier than yours.
– The size of a Highlight Property is double the size of a standard listing in the Realestate.com.au search results.
– Your listing will showcase an interactive photo carousel, a larger main photo, and a highlighted profile in search results.
Below, we’ll include some image examples of the various upgrades and how they look visually.
The biggest difference is that standard listings do not have a title bar going all the way across the thumbnail shown in search results and are less visually prominent. You can see a direct comparison in the sample below.
Standard (top left), Feature (bottom left), Highlight (middle), and Premiere (right).
What are the benefits?
Listings with the Highlight Property upgrade receive on average 7 times more views than standard listings in the same suburb. More importantly, they receive on average, 4 times as much enquiries from buyers!
How long does the upgrade last for?
The Highlight Property upgrade can be purchased one month at a time (30 days). After the one month upgraded period is over, your listing reverts to a standard listing on realestate.com.au.
