What is a Feature Property?

A Feature Property is an upgrade that can be applied to your listing on It is an easy and effective way to boost your enquiry level and attract more buyers for your property.

What does the upgrade do?

When you upgrade your listing to a Feature Property it will always display above/before all standard listings on and older Features, already purchased in your suburb. This means:

– Your property will be much higher in the search results, or at the top if no other upgrades have been purchased.
– Your listing will also display before/above all other, older Feature Property listings.
– Your listing will also display with an interactive photo carousel, larger main photo, and highlighted profile in the search results.
Below, we’ll include some image examples of the various upgrades and how they look visually.
The biggest difference is that standard listings do not have a title bar going all the way across the thumbnail shown in search results and are less visually prominent. You can see a direct comparison in the sample below.

How long does the upgrade last for?

The Feature Property upgrade can be purchased one month at a time (30 days). After the one month upgraded period is over, your listing reverts to a standard listing on
