I can highly recommend this way of selling property. I had no trouble with people contacting me to ask questions or view the property. I had a conveyancing firm draw up the Section 32 and could email a copy to any interested parties. The thing I loved most of all, was I got to keep most of the money I’d made on the property. It wasn’t hard or scary to answer questions or negotiate a price and that’s pretty much what the agent would have done. So, if you want to hold on to your hard-earned money, and who doesn’t give this a go, it can be very rewarding.
